Biography

She is an acting Judge of the Labour Court of South Africa. Gugu is an elected member of the National Committee of The South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW). Her scope of work includes practical advice in resolving day to day disputes, preparing for litigation and appearing on behalf of employers before court and legally constituted tribunals such as the CCMA.
