Biography

Gomolemo is a career competition law practitioner with an in-depth experience in competition laws of various African jurisdictions, including regional bodies such as COMESA. Her practice involves all facets of prohibited practices and merger control work across a range of industries within South Africa and across the African continent.

She has represented clients in complaints and the prosecution of cartels, abuses of dominance and other restrictive practices. She has advised clients in market inquiries, exemptions and dawn raids. She has worked on mergers of all sizes and represented parties in cross-border merger filings such as Botswana, COMESA, Kenya, Namibia, Nigeria, Swaziland, Zambia, and Zimbabwe.
