Candice Pillay
Biography
Candice Pillay focuses on commercial litigation, with emphasis on insurance law, medical negligence, medical malpractice, public liability, and claims against the state. She has represented plaintiffs and defendants.
Being passionate about access to justice and empowerment, Candice has been involved in pro bono work for many years. She is the chairperson of the Teddy Bear Clinic for Sexually Abused Children and co-developed their award-winning court preparation programme for children giving evidence in court.
